We continue to pray for our friends at St Matthew’s as they wait for a new rector to be appointed. Bless and guide Liz Chamberlain, the wardens and leadership team as they work to maintain the mission of your church on the hill during this time of waiting and uncertainty. Bless Liz as she considers her own future, seeking a new parish for the next stage in her ministry. Help the people of St Matthew’s to trust in you as they wait, and not to worry about what the future holds, but to remember your words: ‘For I know the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.’ (Jer. 29:11)
